By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service. You may not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user of the Service.
All content, trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Parallaxx. Nothing contained on the website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this website without the written permission of Parallaxx. Your use of the trademarks displayed on this website, or any other content on this website, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to take any action that has a negative impact on the functionality or performance of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parallaxx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from your breach of these Terms.
Your use of the website is also subject to Parallaxx’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the website and informs users of our data collection practices.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Parallaxx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make an effort to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These terms apply to The Reconnected Woman and The Reconnected Man memberships.
Billing. Membership is a monthly subscription, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically each month on the date you joined, at the price you joined at.
Your price. Your price stays the same for as long as your membership continues. If the price for new members goes up, yours doesn’t.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by letting Daniel know. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you keep access to sessions until then. No further payments are taken.
Refunds. Payments for a month that has already started aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it.
Pausing. You can pause your membership once in any 12-month period, for up to one month, by asking before your next renewal date. No payment is taken during the pause, you keep your price, and billing resumes on your usual renewal date.
Rejoining. If you cancel, you’re welcome to rejoin after six months, at the price for new members at that time.
Sessions and themes. Sessions run live online. Each month follows a theme, and themes aren’t repeated, so sessions you miss aren’t made up later. Session times and themes may change, and we’ll give notice when they do.
Confidentiality. Members keep what’s shared in sessions confidential. Sessions may be recorded for internal use. Daniel may draw on themes and lines from sessions in his articles and content, without your name or any detail that could identify you. Anything that identifies you, such as a clip, your name, image or voice, or a testimonial, is only used with your personal consent first.
