I stopped asking for what I wanted, and called it something more respectable.

A coach asked me what my relationship values were. I said trust, honesty, respect, loyalty. He told me those were baselines, that if you don't have them you don't have a relationship, and asked what was truly important to me. I went blank.

I sat in a café and didn't move until I had something. What came out wasn't a list. It was a different question: how do I want to feel? That opened the whole framework.

Before you come.

Do I need to be in a relationship for this?
No. The men in here are single, married, separated, and everything in between. What they have in common is the pattern, not the postcode. One man rehearses who he needs to be before he opens the front door, another sits in the car outside a bit longer. Same pattern.
I already talk to my mates. Why would I pay for this?
Because of what gets said. Your mates get the version of you that's fine. In here the conversation goes where it doesn't go over a pint, and there's someone holding it so it lands somewhere rather than trailing off.
Isn't this just another men's group?
Most of them run on more force. More discipline, more commitment, more accountability. Force is usually what's already failing. We work the other way: find what the habit is paying you, and go around it.
Can I come once before I decide?
Yes. Open days run through the year and there's no charge to sit in one. Apply for the next one, come, and decide from the session rather than from this page.
Do I have to talk?
No. Plenty of men get their money's worth watching someone else's hot seat, because the thing being opened up is usually theirs too.
Are there upsells coming?
